Dave has in-depth knowledge of the voluntary sector and a passion for organisations to become sustainable. Dave has worked as a Fundraiser, Funding Advisor and Project Manager and raised over £10 million for a wide range of capital and revenue projects. Dave’s successful fundraising includes local and regionally based projects ranging from £5,000 to £1.6 million. Most recently, Dave brought to life a major regeneration project in West Croydon, which will house a social entreprise hub, and will provide facilities to around 50 local groups.

His experience with Councils for Voluntary Service includes setting up and developing organisations, managing social inclusion and large capital projects. He can also advise on Social Enterprise development and commissioning.

Anca brings along a funder's perspective, as well as an international perspective.

She has worked as a Grants Officer at the Community Fund, a Development Manager for a BME infrastructure organisation, as Performance Improvement Manager for a local CVS, as Assistant Director for an international charity, a Programme Funding & Fundraising Capacity Builder for VSO, as well as with international NGOs at the Council of Europe.

She has extensive experience of supporting charities to successfully raise funds and develop projects in the UK and Europe. Anca also brings strong financial skills developed whilst a financial Market Analyst at Reuters, and during her extensive experience of budgeting and cashflow forecasts in the charitable sector.
